1. What the service does
It converts audio and video files between formats and downloads media from a link you provide. It is offered free of charge, as is, with no guarantee of availability.
2. Responsibility for the content
By uploading a file or pasting a link you state that you own the rights or have permission to process that content. Downloading or converting protected work without the rights holder's permission infringes copyright law and breaks the terms of use of the platforms; the responsibility lies solely with whoever makes the request.
3. What we do not do
The service does not remove technical protection (DRM) and does not bypass authentication, paywalls or access controls. Private content and anything behind a login will not download.
4. Acceptable use
Automating bulk submissions, trying to exhaust the server's disk or processor, exploiting flaws, or using the service to distribute unlawful material is forbidden. There are per-IP limits and access may be blocked in case of abuse.
5. Retention
Uploaded and converted files are deleted as described in the privacy policy. There is no recovery after that.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
