Common errors
Unsupported format — the extension is not on the list, or you asked for a video profile on a file that only has audio.
The media is longer than the limit — over 2 hours for uploads, or over 10 minutes for WAV.
Could not reach this address — the link is private, region locked, or the platform refused the request.
No subtitles available — the video has no subtitles uploaded by the author and no automatic transcript.
The conversion took too long — very long files in WebM usually blow past the time limit. Try MP4.
The result will not download
The link expires 30 minutes after the conversion. After that you have to convert it again.
