WoConv

DMCA and copyright

WoConv does not host, store or index any media. It processes a file or an address supplied by the person using it, and deletes the result within 30 minutes. Even so, we take removal requests seriously.

What we can and cannot remove

Because nothing is kept on our side, there is no permanent copy for us to take down. What we can do is block specific addresses or domains so the tool refuses to process them, and restrict access for anyone who repeatedly uses the service to infringe.

How to send a notice

If you own the rights to a work and believe WoConv is being used to infringe them, send an e-mail to kiyumed@gmail.com including:

Incomplete notices may take longer to process. We normally reply within a few business days.

Counter-notice

If an address was blocked and you believe that was a mistake, write to kiyumed@gmail.com explaining why, with the same contact details and signature. If the block was wrong, we undo it.

Repeat infringement

Access may be restricted for anyone who repeatedly uses WoConv to infringe copyright.

Responsibility

Whoever pastes an address or uploads a file is responsible for having the right to do so. WoConv does not remove technical protection (DRM) and does not bypass authentication, paywalls or access controls. Content behind a login will not download.

Contact

Send notices and counter-notices to kiyumed@gmail.com. Please put DMCA notice in the subject line so it is not missed, and include every item listed above — incomplete notices take longer to process.
